About RTB Raise the Bar was founded in November 1999 to provide women in the Washington, DC and surrounding area an informal network of their peers and opportunities to enhance their local community through philanthropic efforts. We strive to maintain a small, close-knit professional organization for highly skilled women in the technology community by selecting our members from leaders at companies within the high-tech industry. Our members enjoy the benefits of social and networking events. We are committed to empowering multigenerational people in the community through career exploration presentations and skill building events.
